Supergrow is a LinkedIn content app built around AI: it learns your voice, interviews you for post ideas, repurposes videos and articles, schedules from a queue and reports on results. Its Teams plan adds review and approval for marketing teams that post for executives, and every paid plan includes an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants. Flaghand is a publishing desk for your own drafting agent: the agent prepares the posts, but its credential can never approve, schedule or publish them.
Checked on October 26, 2026. Every Supergrow fact here comes from Supergrow's own pricing page, MCP page, scheduling page, analytics page, MCP setup guide, content approval guide and company page guide. Prices and features change, so check those pages before you choose.
The short answer
- Choose Supergrow if you want the app to help find and write the post: voice training, AI interviews, repurposing, a carousel maker, a posting queue and weekly reports in one place. For a team posting under several executives' names, its Teams plan adds reviewer approval and program analytics.
- Choose Flaghand if your agent already does the writing and you want a separate publishing desk where the server requires your passkey approval over the exact post. Flaghand also posts to X.
Where Supergrow is better
- Built-in AI writing. Content DNA learns how you write. Postcast runs AI interviews, unlimited on Pro, that turn a short conversation into posts. The post generator works from templates, and repurposing turns YouTube videos, articles and PDFs into LinkedIn posts. Flaghand leaves writing to your agent; it doesn't bundle a competing AI writer.
- Publishing extras. Supergrow schedules an automatic first comment with the post, includes a carousel maker, and publishes from LinkedIn company pages as well as profiles. Flaghand publishes to LinkedIn personal profiles, not company pages, and doesn't add first comments.
- LinkedIn analytics. Supergrow tracks impressions, reactions, comments, reposts, follower growth and engagement rate by post and period, with a weekly report on your best post and one that needs work, and company-page analytics. Teams adds program analytics across members. Flaghand doesn't currently provide LinkedIn analytics or read-back.
- Teams for executive posting. Teams includes five accounts, reviewer approval, an organisation dashboard, a calendar across members, publishing on members' behalf, challenges and Slack notifications. Flaghand has no comparable program dashboard, team analytics or challenges.
- A trial you can start now. Every Supergrow plan includes a seven-day free trial. Flaghand is in early access: public sign-up isn't open yet.
Your own agent: both have an MCP
Supergrow isn't limited to its own AI writer. Its MCP works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf and other MCP clients, on every paid plan at no extra cost. The setup guide's examples include drafting a post and queuing it for the best time, filling empty calendar slots with approved drafts, attaching images, video and PDFs, and pulling analytics. You connect by creating an API key in Supergrow; the connection URL contains that key, so the guide says never to share it. Separately, the pricing page lists API access and custom integrations on the Enterprise plan.
Supergrow's MCP page says the MCP "can draft, schedule, and queue content, but nothing goes live without your approval." That is an approval claim, not evidence of no approval. The pages linked here don't describe how that approval is given for a post an assistant queues, a key that can draft but not schedule, or a signature over an unchangeable copy of the post. Its review workflow on Teams is a board stage: a draft moves to In Review, a chosen reviewer approves it or sends feedback, and the approved post moves to Approved, ready to schedule. Check those boundaries with Supergrow if they matter to your workflow.
Flaghand makes that credential boundary explicit. No API token scope can approve, schedule or post, on any plan. Those
routes refuse every token and accept only an owner signed in with a passkey. Apps connected to Flaghand's MCP server by
OAuth receive read, drafts, media and request-approval: enough to prepare a plan and ask you to review it, not to
make it live. Its API, OpenAPI spec and MCP tool reference are public.
What you approve in Flaghand
Your agent checks the drafts and sends you one approval request in the desk. Approving freezes each post into a snapshot: the account, time, text, media, alt text and exact publishing request. Flaghand hashes it with SHA-256 and records your passkey signature over the hash. Changing the text, media, account or time needs a new approval, and the scheduler checks the signed snapshot again right before posting.
Flaghand draws X and LinkedIn previews to match the real sites, including where LinkedIn's "… more" cuts the text, and its check flags anything that wouldn't post exactly as previewed. This is a publishing check, not a promise that the writing will perform well. The Supergrow pages linked here don't describe a feed preview or bold and italic text styling; that isn't proof it lacks them. For formatting by hand, Formatting a LinkedIn post covers line breaks, bold and italic Unicode letters, lists, hashtags, mentions and where "see more" cuts a post, and the free LinkedIn post previewer shows it without an account.
After it posts
Flaghand reads each X post back and compares it with what you approved: normalized text, author, hidden reply mentions, media count, available alt text, reply chain and quote. It doesn't verify link destinations or media-file bytes, and LinkedIn posts aren't read back. Supergrow's linked pages describe LinkedIn analytics, not this signed-snapshot comparison; Flaghand's X check shouldn't be mistaken for a LinkedIn feature.
TikTok slideshows
Through Flaghand's slideshow API, an agent lays out a TikTok photo slideshow: photos, text and styles, slide by slide. One renderer draws it for the preview you approve and for the images TikTok receives, pixel for pixel, and approval covers the render hash. The free TikTok slideshow maker uses the same renderer. TikTok is still reviewing Flaghand: Flaghand and TikTok says what you can post until it finishes. This isn't a reason to replace Supergrow if LinkedIn writing and analytics are what you need.

Bringing your drafts
If you can save the posts you want to keep as CSV or JSON, Flaghand's migration recipe describes its generic import format. The import creates drafts, with old times as proposed times: it doesn't approve or schedule them, and it doesn't cancel anything in Supergrow. This is a file-based recipe, not a one-click Supergrow migration.
