Privacy Policy

Published October 24, 2026 · Effective October 24, 2026

Flaghand is made by Trellisbyte LLC, a California company ("we", "us"). This policy covers flaghand.com while Flaghand is in early access. We'll post a fuller version here before the Flaghand app opens to sign-ups.

What we collect. If you join the waitlist, yourself or through an agent: your email address, when you joined, and how you found us (the campaign tags in the link you followed, the domain of the site that sent you, and the flaghand.com page you joined from). Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect it, and keeps our request logs for 7 days.

Why. To email you about Flaghand's early access, which is what you asked for by joining, and to learn which channels bring people to Flaghand. You can withdraw at any time.

What we don't do. flaghand.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or trackers. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who handles it. Cloudflare hosts the site and our database. If you email us, Google handles our support inbox (Gmail).

How long we keep it. Until you create a Flaghand account, ask us to remove you, or we close the waitlist. Removed entries can stay in our database's backup history for up to 30 days.

Your choices. Email support@flaghand.com to see, correct or delete your entry, or to stop hearing from us. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, such as getting a copy of your data, objecting to a use of it, or complaining to your data protection authority. We don't track you across sites, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to switch off here; every browser is treated the same.

Where. Information is processed in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare operates.

Children. Flaghand is for people 18 and older.

Changes. We post changes here with a new date.
