Week one of four. Times are your local time, from the studies on X and LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

What you fill in.

  • Date, topic and the first line: what the post is about, and the words that stop the scroll.
  • Post, media and link: the whole text, the photo or video file, and where it points.
  • Status: Idea, Drafted, Approved, Posted. Move a row when its post moves.

Let an agent draft the posts.

Your AI agent can draft each row’s post in Flaghand; nothing posts until you approve it with your passkey.

Questions.

What is a social media content calendar?

A plan of what you will post, where and when: one row per post, with its network, day, time, format and topic, filled in a week or a month ahead, so posting doesn’t depend on a good idea arriving on the day.

What is in this template?

Four weeks of nine posts: three on X, two on LinkedIn, two on TikTok and two on YouTube (one Short, one video). Each row has its day, a suggested time, the network and format, and columns for the date, topic, first line, post, media, link and status.

Where do the times come from?

From Flaghand’s best-time pages, which read each network’s hours from 2026 studies by Buffer, Sprout Social and SocialPilot, each named and linked on its page. The last column links the page each time came from. Times are your local time; move any of them to fit your audience.

How do I use it in Google Sheets, Excel or Notion?

For Google Sheets, use Copy to Google Sheets: Google asks to make a copy in your own Drive. For Excel, Numbers, Notion or Airtable, download the CSV and open or import it. For paper, print the PDF: one page per week.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up, no email. The CSV, the Google Sheet and the PDF are free to use and change.
