# Flaghand vs Sendible for agencies and freelancers

Sendible is built around managing several clients: workspaces, social profiles, team access, approval workflows and
reports. Flaghand is a narrower publishing desk: your own AI agent prepares X and LinkedIn posts, and an owner approves
the exact account, content and time with a passkey before anything goes out.

## The short answer

- **Choose Sendible** if you manage several clients' calendars, need Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn Pages, collect
client approvals and deliver reports. Its workspaces and unlimited users suit agency collaboration.
- **Choose Flaghand** if the work is X and LinkedIn personal-profile publishing, your own agent writes the posts, and
you want the server to refuse posting without a passkey-approved snapshot. It is not a replacement for client
reporting, broad network coverage or a white-label agency dashboard.

## What Sendible costs

Sendible's official pricing frame displayed these USD prices with monthly billing. The main pricing page supplies the
workspace and profile counts and lists unlimited users on every plan:

| Plan | Billed monthly | Included workspaces | Included social profiles | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $35 a month | 1 | 6 | Unlimited |
| Plus | $99 a month | 3 | 18 | Unlimited |
| Premium | $199 a month | 7 | 42 | Unlimited |
| Elite | $299 a month | 15 | 90 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | $750 a month | 50 | 300 | Unlimited |

The main page advertises a 15% saving with annual billing. We could not confirm each plan's exact annual charge from
the publicly retrieved pricing, so the figures above are monthly-billed prices, not annual equivalents. Additional
workspaces add six profiles each; the retrieved page did not expose their price. White labeling is a paid add-on on
Elite and Enterprise, not included in the base prices above.

Assignment and approvals start on Plus; custom branded reporting starts on Premium. For a freelancer with three
clients and six profiles each, Plus supplies three workspaces and 18 profiles. Seven clients with the same setup fit
Premium's seven workspaces and 42 profiles. Those are capacity examples, not a requirement that every client use a
workspace or a quote for extra profiles. Unlimited users does not mean unlimited social profiles.

Flaghand is in early access: public sign-up isn't open yet, and its pricing isn't public. The access link below goes
to the waitlist, not to an immediately available paid agency plan.

## Where Sendible is better

- **More client networks.** Sendible lists Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn personal profiles, company and showcase
pages, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky and Google Business Profile, plus WordPress publishing. Its help lists
automated Instagram publishing for Professional Business and Creator accounts. Not every format is automatic: the
pricing page describes reminder/mobile completion for Instagram carousels containing video. Network support does
not imply identical analytics, inbox or format support everywhere.
- **Client workspaces.** Separate workspaces and profile allowances help organize several clients, and every plan lists
unlimited users. Approval settings let you assign a reviewer to a client or workspace. Flaghand has owners and
editors, with only owners approving; it has no equivalent white-label agency client portal.
- **Reports.** Core has standard reports. Premium adds custom branded reporting, with two custom reports per workspace;
Elite and Enterprise list three. Sendible documents PDFs, live report links and one-time or recurring report emails.
Check the chosen plan for each sharing or delivery option: the retrieved feature table did not preserve every
  inclusion marker. Flaghand has X performance numbers for best-time learning and an agent can inspect top X posts;
it has no client report builder, competitor reports or LinkedIn analytics.
- **Your agency's branding.** Elite and Enterprise offer a paid white-label add-on. That is more than adding your logo
to a report, and more than Flaghand's owner/editor publishing workflow.

Flaghand publishes to X and LinkedIn personal profiles, not LinkedIn company Pages. Its public TikTok posting is still
in TikTok's review; see [Flaghand and TikTok](/tiktok). If those other client networks are essential, Sendible's broader
coverage is a concrete reason to choose it.

## API and MCP: do not confuse SSO with publishing

Sendible's white-label setup documentation says, "We currently only support SSO integration via our API." Its SSO page
describes API-based SSO on Enterprise, with application/use-case and security review before key access. That is a way
to sign users into an integrated product, not evidence of a generally available API for creating drafts, scheduling
posts or retrieving campaign analytics.

We did not find an official Sendible MCP server in the public pages and official-domain searches checked for this
guide. That does not prove a private integration is unavailable, or that an integration could not be built. If agent
access is essential, confirm the actual supported publishing operations and permissions rather than assuming an SSO
API key provides them. We did not request a key or contact Sendible.

Flaghand exposes a public [agent manual](https://app.flaghand.com/docs/agents), OpenAPI specification and hosted MCP server. Agents can
upload media, create and check drafts, and request approval. **No API token scope can approve, schedule or post.**
OAuth-connected agents receive drafting permissions, not an owner's authority. The boundary is enforced on the server,
not only written in the agent's prompt.

## Does a person approve every post?

**Sendible can require approval, but the exact workflow matters.** Its agency setup guide describes a workspace's
Post approver: "Adding someone here means that they will need to approve every post on that workspace before it is
sent." That is stronger than a preview link with optional comments, and should not be dismissed as having no approval
enforcement.

The client setup guide separately describes Needs approval before publishing for a user and an Approved by reviewer.
It also documents an administrator exception: when an administrator switches into the client's dashboard to create a
post, "you will not be forced to send the post for approval; however, your client will." The checked sources do not
resolve whether that exception also applies to the separate workspace Post approver setting. Do not turn these two
settings into a blanket claim that Sendible either always requires approval or always lets an administrator bypass it.
Confirm the configuration and user roles for the client's actual workflow.

In Flaghand, an owner approves in the desk with a passkey. The approval freezes the account, time, text, media and alt
text into a snapshot, records the passkey signature over its hash, and the scheduler checks it again immediately before
posting. A change to the posting content, account or time requires new approval. An owner can approve several posts
as one plan; they do not need to be online at each scheduled time. This owner may be an agency operator: owner approval
is not automatically approval by the agency's client.

## After it posts

The Sendible pages checked here describe scheduling, approval and performance reporting. They do not document comparing
a live post with a passkey-signed snapshot. That is not a claim about every internal check Sendible may perform.

Flaghand reads X posts back and compares normalized text, author, reply chain, media count and available alt text with
what was approved. It does not verify link destinations or media-file bytes. LinkedIn posts are not read back, so
Flaghand does not offer that same verification on LinkedIn. A report of reach or engagement is a different service
from checking whether a post matches its approval; an agency may need both.

## Side by side

| | Sendible | Flaghand |
|---|---|---|
| Several-client starting point | Plus: $99 monthly; 3 workspaces, 18 profiles, unlimited users | Early access; public sign-up isn't open yet |
| Custom reports | Premium: $199 monthly; 7 workspaces, 42 profiles, two custom reports per workspace | X metrics, not an agency reporting suite |
| Networks | Broad multi-network publishing, including LinkedIn Pages and WordPress | X and LinkedIn personal profiles; TikTok under review |
| Client approvals | Configurable user/workspace review; distinguish the documented administrator exception | Owner passkey approval; no white-label client portal |
| Must every post get a separate approval? | Workspace Post approver says every post; per-user approval has an administrator exception | Every posting plan needs owner approval; agent credentials cannot give it |
| API and MCP | Enterprise SSO API documented; general publishing API and official MCP not found in checked sources | API and MCP; tokens cannot approve, schedule or post |
| Live comparison with approval | Not described in the checked sources | X read-back, with the limits above; no LinkedIn read-back |

## Bringing client drafts

If you already have a CSV or JSON file, Flaghand's [migration recipe](https://app.flaghand.com/docs/agents#migrate-from-another-scheduler)
uses its own column format, so map the fields first. It creates drafts with proposed times, not approvals or publishing
jobs. This is a file-based recipe, not a one-click Sendible migration. Existing schedules in another tool remain active
until you change them there; importing a draft does not cancel the original.

For several clients, confirm workspace ownership and which person's passkey gives the final decision before choosing
a tool. A workspace boundary is not a substitute for a client's review process or a monthly reporting service.
